I love you just like that
"I love you 1.66m tall. I see you -1.25 perfectly because that’s my myopia prescription. I love you with all 55kg. My smile for you is open 32 teeth wide, because there is still 1 to be born, and when I have them all, I will love even more. I dream of you all my 6, 7 or 8 hours of sleep. And when I have insomnia you occupy my mind too. I love you 24 hours of my day. And all the 7 days of the week.
I do not love you from here to the moon. I do not love you 8 days of the week. Not even until the plastic flowers die. Because love is none of these empty promises. 8 days a week is an empty promise. As well as from here to the moon. Or the plastic flower, because it will be thrown away, or maybe I’ll die before the flower.
As we cannot measure the soul I measure the body. I cannot love you 1.80m tall. I can’t see you perfectly without my glasses. My smile, also, won’t open wider than it does. But I can love with everything I have. I hope that’s enough.”
